By using Wayfile you agree that the parsed itinerary data is provided as a convenience and is not a substitute for the original confirmation. Carriers, hotels, and venues are the canonical source for your reservation; verify any flagged-low-confidence segment before relying on it for a booking.
Account use
- One account per person. EAs use the delegate-access surface, not shared logins.
- Don't upload anyone else's confirmations without their permission.
- Don't try to break out of tenant isolation, exhaust the parser, or scrape other tenants' data.
Pro subscription
Pro is $79/year, billed annually via Stripe. 14-day trial on first signup. Cancel any time from account settings; the tenant flips to Free at the period end and existing data stays visible (Phase 1 r7).
Termination
You can self-delete your account from account settings — typing DELETE confirms. The action removes your user, your personal tenant, and everything owned by it (trips, segments, source documents, tags). R2 attachment bytes are removed by the bucket lifecycle policy. We can terminate yours for material misuse with notice; documented in the audit log.
